If you have a Spotify account, don’t forget there are loads of audiobooks you can listen to for free. If you share a Spotify account, in order to listen to audiobooks, you have to be the main account holder.

Energy Codes – Dr Sue Morter

Dr Sue developed the energy codes after a profound meditation session. She has used these codes to help herself and patients overcome depression, fatigue, anxiety, fear and pain so they can harness their inner power. The energy codes are a series of steps that blend energy healing, quantum physics and neurobiolgy using techniques including yoga, breath-work and mediation.

From Quantum Physics to Energy Healing – Johanna Blomqvist

Written by a scientist, so perfect for sceptics! Johanna answers questions such as:

What is the “energy” transmitted in energy healing?

What can science and research say about energy healing?

Doesn’t modern science rule out phenomena like this?

Does energy healing work and, if so, how?

Ultimate Guide to Energy Healing – Kat Fowler

I listened to this as an audiobook, but I think I’ll get the physical copy too. It’s good as it dives straight in to energy healing and how you can help yourself. Learn how to:

Develop energetic sensitivity

Work with auras and energy fields

Learn how to protect your space

Clean and balance your chakras

Remove energy blocks and cords

Carry out light body and DNA activation

Painting Mandala Stones – You can get these kits from Amazon, The Works, The Range etc. They’re about £7 and such a nice way to spend a rainy Sunday. Mandala stones have been used as meditative tools for centuries and are a nice alternative to holding a crystal. Just rest your gaze on the pattern. They are lots of videos on YouTube to get the creative juices flowing if you’re not sure where to start.
